Meet The Staff
Ann has been that “southern voice” at CMR’s home office in Byron Center for the past 12 years. She considers herself a people person. She loves talking to all of our clients and directing their calls to the technical staff for help. In the office she considers herself “chief cook and bottle washer” because she does a variety of different functions for Church Management and also for our parent company Diocesan Publications. During her free time she loves to shop and loves to read. Dave has been supporting Parish Data products as a member of the Church Management Resources team for 10 years. Data Transfers, Custom Report Writing, Class Instructing, and End User support have taken him end to end in the office suite of programs. Currently Dave lives in Milford, Michigan with his wife and three young children. During his free time, Dave enjoys being outdoors, skiing and playing hockey.
David Cotton is a software consultant who supports churches & schools in all areas related to PDS software – installation, training, and support. He is the Texas Consultant for Church Management Resources for the last 3 years and has been supporting Texas churches for over 23 years. He has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer & Informational Sciences from Trinity University. David enjoys using his knowledge of the PDS software to teach and find solutions to customer’s concerns, and he specializes in small group and one-on-one training. He lives in San Antonio, TX with his wife and 2 boys.
Jeanne has a background of 17 years of office managerial work in addition to 11 years as a parish secretary and bookkeeper for her home parish of the Basilica of St. Adalbert in Grand Rapids, MI. Jeanne came up the ranks as a Parish Data System programs user from DOS to Windows®.
She joined CMR in 1999 has supported and trained parish staff on PDS programs since.
In her leisure time, books and friends are her companions. She serves her current parish, St. Thomas the Apostle, Grand Rapids, as a Cantor and Lector and as Coordinator of Liturgies
Linda just celebrated her 7th year on staff at CMR. She has worked in accounting since 1973: first in Louisiana where she attended LSU, and then in Michigan upon return to her home state. Her previous experience with software development & testing helps Linda in her position as a liaison to PDS Ledger/Payroll programmers. Linda lives in Grand Rapids, not too far from her daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren. For fun she likes to bake, sew and watch movies. She has family in the Netherlands that she likes to visit with also.
Margarita has been part of the CMR team since early 2010 and looks forward to many more years helping and serving the church staff. She has experience using the PDS programs both as a user and in support. In 2003 she received a Master’s Degree in Computer Resources and Information Management. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. In her free time she enjoys, traveling and spending time with Family and Friends. She has three dogs and a cat named Oliver.
Pamela Pettibone joined the CMR staff in 2006, after a number of years in the non-profit sector. Her experience in non-profit administration included management, finance, and program development, along with database management and communications. Before entering the non-profit sector Pamela's fascination with computers (before emails and the internet!) led her to a career in the travel industry, where she managed a small retail travel agency and was able to pursue her love of travel to Europe, the Caribbean, and South America. Pamela and her husband live in Grand Rapids and are the parents of three adult children and a little white dog named Stella.
Paula came to CMR on April 1, 1998 after being relocated to Columbus, OH. Previously Paula was employed for over 15 years at St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church in Cleveland, TN. She starting using PDS products as Parish Secretary and continued with them when she moved into the Parish Bookkeeper/Manager position. Both Fr. Boyle, founder of PDS and CMR offered Paula positions around the same time. She decided to start with CMR, since working on-site with parish staff was a good compromise between church work and working for the private sector. After 13 years Paula said “I’ve never regretted my decision, I love working with church staff and teaching them PDS. CMR/DPI is a great place to work”
